Issues with Uploaded PDF Documents

“There was an error in getting the PDF page count” pop up error when uploading a document.

The full error states: There was an error in getting the PDF page count: This PDF document probably uses a compression technique which is not supported by the free parser shipped with FPDI. (See https://www.setasign.com/fpdi-pdf-parser for more details).
You will also find that the page count remains at 0 although the document has uploaded.

To resolve this issue, please Follow the below. Unfortunately we have only been able to test this in Microsoft Edge.
Right click on the PDF File
Open with – Microsoft Edge
Click on the print icon near the top right
Use the printer “Save to PDF”
Save the document and use this version saved to upload.

This has been raised as an issue with out support agents and is being investigated.
